Don't Break In on Shifts

Never wear new shoes on a 12-hour nursing shift. Break them in gradually on days off or short shifts.

4-Day Break-In Method

Days 1-2: Wear 2-3 hours at home.

Days 3-4: Half day on your day off.

Day 5: Short shift or half shift.

Day 6+: Full shift use.

Red Flag: If pain after 3-4 wears, return them.
